We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

Section Ten - Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

A - Our general policy governing the aforementioned is confined to a period lasting 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

B - For an order or item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or cover as when purchased or received. In the event that a customer wishes to return part of an order or purchases, the entire contents of the order are returned, not just a portion of it, within the specified period, which does not exceed 15 days from the date the customer receives the order.

C - On the other hand, several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods such as fresh food, canned food, bakery products, underwear, men's innerwear, all children's clothing and accessories, health and personal care items.

D - Exchange and return policy  

•The purchase invoice must be available when exchanging or returning  

•The exchange and return process is done by contacting customer service  

•Please note that the warranty period does not include damage resulting from misuse, breakage, or exposure of the product to any materials that may cause damage to it.  

•Yaboow guarantees all products sold if there is a defect or manufacturing defect  

•The customer has the right to exchange or return the product provided that the product is in its original condition with all attached accessories and the purchase invoice.    

•The customer can benefit from the warranty period of up to 15 days maximum

E - Refund of Monetary Amounts or Order Value.

Yaboow Company is keen to refund the value of your purchases or your order in case you wish to cancel or return the order that has been paid in advance by any of the approved payment methods, whether by credit cards or cash on delivery. The following conditions apply to this clause:

1. If the customer wishes to return the order without any declared reason or error on our part, a discount on the delivery fee (round trip) applies, and the delivery fee is calculated based on an estimate and within the time frame executed for the customer's order.

2. The amount paid is refunded considering the type of payment made by the customer when executing the order from our website or our application. For example, payment by credit card refunds the amount to the customer's bank account within the mentioned period, payment by cash on delivery is refunded in cash within the same period mentioned above.

3. If the customer wishes to return the order under any condition or condition from the return conditions mentioned in paragraph ten, subparagraph (B), and unintentionally by us, the delivery fee will not be deducted on the round trip, and the order value will be returned in full without any condition or restriction within the specified period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to the customer.

4. The currencies used in returning the order value are the same currencies mentioned on the website or the application, and we cannot refund the order value in currencies not approved by us.

Section Eleven - Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not warrant or guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. 

You expressly agree that your use of the service or your inability to use it is at your sole risk and responsibility. The service and all products and services available to you through the service are provided "as is" and "as available" for your personal use, without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, ownership rights, and non-infringement.

Under no circumstances shall Yaboow Company, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue loss, savings loss, data loss, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether arising from contract, negligence (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise. These damages may arise from your use of any services or products obtained through the use of the service or due to any other complaint related to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or made available through the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Section Twelve - Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable part shall be severed from these Terms of Service, without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service shall apply unless terminated by you or us and until such termination. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services or when you stop using our site.

If, in our sole judgment, you fail or we suspect that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain responsible for all amounts due up to the date of termination, and/or accordingly may deny you access to our services (or any part thereof).

Section Fourteen - Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of these Terms of Service).

No ambiguities in these Terms of Service shall be interpreted against the drafting party.

Section Eighteen - Ordering and Delivery

When you place an order on the Yaboow Online store or app, we will send you an acknowledgment of your order via email specifying what you have ordered. This does not constitute confirmation of the order or acceptance by us.

There is a minimum order value, which may change from time to time. In addition to the price of the goods, you are also required to pay delivery charges as stated at the time of payment.

If fulfilling your order requires using products that differ in weight, size, dimension, or shape from what you ordered, you will only be charged based on the weight, size, dimension, and shape that were actually delivered.

You can cancel or modify your order at any time by contacting Yaboow's customer support unit. However, changes or cancellations of orders are subject to restrictions due to shipping and delivery times. Changes or cancellations must be made for orders scheduled for delivery the next day before the order dispatch deadline.

Yaboow Company may issue refunds under certain circumstances. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Yaboow’s customer support unit.

Regardless of the above, all refunded amounts will be subject to our financial return policies.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your purchases within the delivery timeframe you specified when placing your order, and we guarantee that the order will reach you according to the estimated time of delivery provided by the shipping company delivering Yaboow’s orders within 72 hours from the date and time the order is completed. However, this period may vary in cases where the requested products require preparation time exceeding 72 hours. Therefore, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, bearing in mind that the aforementioned period is subject to change depending on the items requested within the order.

We can only deliver orders to the address stored in your address book in your Yaboow online shopping account.

Pricing and Substitution

The prices of goods at Yaboow and Yaboow Online stores will be identical to the prices of the store that prepares and delivers the goods. If the price of the item changes between the time you place your order and the day your order is prepared for delivery, you will be charged the latter price. If you have opted for alternatives for your order, and this substitution has been made, you will be charged based on the price of the alternative item regardless of the price difference - whether higher or lower - between the alternative item and the originally specified one before substitution (according to Yaboow’s discretion). Please note that due to differences in distribution, regional competition, and other factors, prices may vary between stores, so the prices you see online will not match all stores, but only the store where your order is prepared. Yaboow’s market prices do not match prices from other online or physical stores except one, where items are selected, prepared, and sold. Items sold by weight, clearly marked as "sold by the kilogram," are selected, priced, and sold in weights of 1 kg as needed.
